Rent Collection

All that is included within the tenant find service, plus the rent is collected on a monthly basis and transferred to landlord’s account with a monthly statement provided.

Full Management

Honeydell Properties will fully manage the tenancy for you which in addition to the rent collection services, includes the following:

  • Comprehensive inventory and schedule of property condition drawn up by a professional, independent third party
  • Deal with all day to day maintenance issues keeping the landlord fully informed
  • Initial property visit after 3 months and thereafter every 6 months arranging repair estimates as required
  • Reading of meters and informing relevant parties in regards to utilities and change of occupancy
  • Annual rental market review of your property
  • Serving of notices when required.
  • Professional and independent closing inspection report.
  • Dilapidation’s negotiated and agreed / deposit returned.
