As non resident landlords, we needed a team we could trust to assess and renovate our property and find a suitable tenant. I just wanted to give you some positive feedback because I’m sure people don’t always mention when things are good!
I noticed that my rental receipts into my bank are coming up with the actual address of the property they pertain to – this never happened under Reeds Rains and I can’t tell you how useful this is for me! Especially since I have 5 properties and some have the same rent income.
Honestly, it’s these small things that really do make a world of difference
