All our emails, questions and queries were always answered quickly and any issues that did arise, were dealt with effectively and fast. Every member of staff we encountered whether that was via email, phone or in person were friendly and polite. No faults or complaints at all and would highly recommend.

I just wanted to give you some positive feedback because I’m sure people don’t always mention when things are good!

I noticed that my rental receipts into my bank are coming up with the actual address of the property they pertain to – this never happened under Reeds Rains and I can’t tell you how useful this is for me! Especially since I have 5 properties and some have the same rent income.
